About The Role
There are a few qualities we look for in all our Support Workers:
* Good communication skills (verbally and in writing)
* Patience, confidence, and enthusiasm for caring for others
* Ability to use your own initiative
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Flexibility to work varied shift patterns to provide 24-hour support
* Share our AFG values
No prior training or experience in care is required as full training will be provided. All we ask is a willingness to learn and develop.
Your pay: Support Workers earn £12.60 per hour for all worked hours. Full details will be provided in your written offer. Shift patterns: We offer flexible shifts, including Days, Waking Nights, Sleep-ins, and Weekends.
