Your Role
As an Integrated Manufacturing Technician, you’ll join a highly skilled maintenance team in our state-of-the-art facility. Your mission? To deliver excellence by providing engineering maintenance support to all manufacturing assets and equipment. You’ll work with:
* Automated equipment, including robots and welding systems
* Laser joining systems and automated conveyors
* Complex tooling, fixturing, and lifting equipment
Whether you’re an electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, or a multiskilled engineer, we’ll provide you with the training and support you need to enhance your skills. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in industry-leading training programs, including Siemens, Kuka, and ABB Robotics Training.
What to Expect
In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our Maintenance team, responsible for:
* Responding to breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime while adhering to safe working practices
* Conducting preventive maintenance checks and ensuring timely completion
* Implementing permanent corrective actions for recurring issues
* Carrying out weekend and shutdown work as needed
* Embracing ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills
What You'll Need
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* A relevant Level 3 NVQ/BTEC/City and Guilds in Engineering
* Significant experience in a manufacturing environment
* Experience with CNC Machining Centres and related systems
* A solid understanding of Siemens PLCs and electrical fault-finding techniques
* The right to work in the UK at the time of application (this role is not eligible for sponsorship)
