Graduate Marketing Manager - Job Description: At Oak International, we believe the most successful managers have walked the path of the roles they manage. We will first train candidates in the foundations of sales, which will involve: Conducting promotional campaigns in high footfall locations, including home visitations and events across Leeds. Managing customer service, sales, and public relations. Endorsing and promoting a range of product brands and services. Utilising taught sales and marketing strategies to encourage customer sales. Building rapport with customers and thoroughly explaining the sales process to retain post-sale retention. Following this, candidates will progress towards a management position by developing skills in the areas of: Interviewing and recruitment. HR and administration. Finance and accounts. Campaign and client management. Team management. Candidates can expect to complete this program within 8-12 months based on personal factors such as degree sector, previous experience, and general ability to pick up new skills. Candidates of all backgrounds are welcome as full product training is available. Our current Marketing Managers come from sectors including business and economics, marketing, sports management, events management, and a range of roles involving team management, such as within the hospitality and retail industry.
