The Role
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
* Process orders, returns, and customer requests accurately
* Maintain up-to-date customer records on internal systems
* Provide product and service information clearly
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve customer experience

* Excellent communication and listening skills
* A helpful, patient, and professional approach
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Confident using computers and basic software systems
* Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential (training provided)
