Its business covers more than 30 provinces and autonomous regions in China, the United States, and Europe. The ideal candidate will lead business development activities, drive sales, and manage marketing and customer service functions.
Responsibilities
* Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the UK market;
* Develop business and regulatory plans for the UK and achieve operational objectives;
* Identify opportunities from marketing leads and manage local business partnerships;
* Report market information to headquarters promptly;
* Coordinate with departments to establish operational processes for the UK;
* Enhance brand awareness of the company and its products in the UK;
* Provide excellent customer service and prompt solutions to inquiries.
Qualifications/Skills
* At least 2 years of experience in BD or sales in molecular pathology or IVD products;
* BSc or MSc in Life & Science, Molecular Pathology, or Clinical Medicine; MBA or PhD preferred;
* Good knowledge of the local molecular pathology market; international experience is a plus;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills;
* Strategic and creative thinking with attention to detail and operational excellence;
* Motivated to identify new business opportunities quickly;
* Familiar with selling imported products in Europe;
* Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
