As a Video Editor, you will be at the heart of our marketing creative process. You will edit and produce captivating videos, demos, and cutscenes that showcase our titles to the world. This highly collaborative role requires balancing artistic vision with technical specifications.

Detailed Key Responsibilities
A. Video Production & Editing
* Gameplay Capture: Master capturing high‑quality video from game engines to create authentic, engaging promotional material.
* Non‑Linear Editing: Use Adobe Premiere to edit internal and external assets, enhancing Rebellion’s product appeal.
* Visual Effects & Motion Graphics: Create compelling motion graphics and use After Effects for compositing, keying and visual polish.
* Audio Engineering: Apply fundamental audio mixing techniques to ensure professional sound quality.
B. Platform‑Specific Optimization
* Short‑Form Content: Design, edit and deliver high‑impact videos for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts.
* Channel Alignment: Ensure each asset is fit for purpose across target audience and platform, meeting briefings and schedules.
* In‑Game Assets: Convert footage for use directly within game engines.
* Internal Stakeholder Synergy: Collaborate with Artists, Designers, Programmers, and Producers to reflect the game’s vision.
* Feedback Integration: Work closely with the Video Editing team and Producers to iterate and align with briefs.
* Task Management: Maintain organized project files and track daily tasks using dedicated tools.
* Innovation: Seek latest trends and techniques to keep marketing cutting edge.
* Editing Suite: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
* Graphic Design: Competency in Photoshop or other 2D software for asset prep.
* Engine Experience: Direct experience creating cinematics or capturing gameplay via game engines.
* Camera Operation: Proficiency filming with professional gear (e.g., Sony FX3) is highly desirable.
* Pipeline Knowledge: Understanding of production pipelines and versioning in an editing environment.
