A well-established automotive dealership group is looking to recruit an experienced Master Technician to join their modern workshop in Letchworth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician to join a professional and supportive team, working with the latest diagnostic equipment and benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training and development.
The Role
As a Master Technician, you will play a key role in the workshop, ensuring vehicles are diagnosed and repaired to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs
Identifying complex faults using modern diagnostic equipment
Ensuring vehicles are repaired right first time
Supporting and mentoring other technicians within the workshop
Maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and workmanship
Contributing to an excellent customer experience
Requirements
Qualified Master Technician or equivalent experience
Previous experience within a main dealer or reputable independent workshop
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Confident using modern workshop diagnostic systems
Strong team player with good communication skills
Passion for delivering high-quality workmanship
Salary & Benefits
