Job Description
There’s a team out there who plan ahead, sort their materials properly, and know what a decent install looks like because the people running it have done the job themselves.
They’ve got steady work lined up and and big growth plans and are looking to bring another experienced engineer to help deliver it to the standard they expect.
You won’t be firefighting or chasing missing parts. You’ll be doing commercial installs that are well planned and supported from start to finish.
What the job involves:
* Commercial heating systems
* Pipework (15mm up to 110mm)
* Sanitary ware
* Hot and cold feeds
* Gas installs (if qualified – or open to training later)
You’ll be working across care homes, hotels, gyms, refurbishments and similar so there’s plenty of variety.
They're looking for someone who’s:
* Got 5+ years’ experience in plumbing/heating
* Level 3 qualified (or similar)
* From a big domestic background and starting to cross into commercial – or already working commercial full-time
* Gas Safe registered (or working towards it)
* Comfortable reading plans, working tidily, and communicating clearly on site
* Looking for a long-term role with growth potential

* Have a can-do attitude, especially when plans shift
* Take pride in doing a job properly, not just quickly

* Spot problems early and get them fixed
The Package:
* £35,000–£40,000 salary depending on experience

Requirements
- Level 3 in PLumbing or similar - Experience in service, breakdown and diagnostics - A solid grasp of boilers, valves, pumps and controls - A calm, professional approach in live environments (like care homes) -Gas qualifications would be great but not essential - Full UK driving licence
