Main Duties
In this key role, you will help ensure our hospitals provide a safe, clean and compliant environment for patients, staff and visitors. Working closely with the Infection Prevention & Control Team, Ward and Department Managers, and Estates & Facilities colleagues, you'll carry out environmental audits, support quality improvement activity, and provide accurate and timely reporting across our sites.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Essential: Good general standard of general education including Maths and English
* Desirable: ECDL or similar IT qualification
Experience
* Essential: Previous working experience with demonstrable transferable skills
* Essential: Recent keyboard and computer experience
* Desirable: Experience of working within Healthcare Services
* Desirable: Ability and knowledge of quality control/assessing and ability to use monitoring tools after training
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
* Essential: Computer skills including database and spreadsheets
* Essential: Good communication and literacy skills
* Essential: Ability to work on own initiative/autonomously
* Essential: Ability to follow procedures
