Customers are always at the heart of everything we do, and you will be responsible for being their first point of contact throughout their Puddle Ducks journey.
* 18 hours per week - Monday to Wednesday

Main Responsibilities:
* Become an expert about our classes and Puddle Ducks.
* Responding to new enquiries (online, email and telephone) in a timely manner to convert into Puddle Ducks class members by effectively communicating with them about our award- winning classes.
* Schedule and undertake follow up calls with new members at the start of their Puddle Ducks journey.
* Maintain customer databases.
* Respond to queries from current members.
* Proactively manage any actual or potential customer issues.
* Contribute towards creating a ''best-in-class'' customer service experience.
* Any other ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team as required.
