About the Role
* Start date: Monday 07th September 2026
* Leading into managerial positions within the company.
* Working on structured short‑term placements across all areas of the Recycling & Recovery business over a 24‑month scheme.
* Developing an understanding of the waste management industry and general management skills.
* Expectation of a managerial role upon successful completion of the programme.
* Travel expected; nights away from home. Company car (fully expensed). Accommodation paid.
* Based around Surrey area.
* Compensation: £28,673 - £31,257 + Company Car + Up to 3% Bonus + Benefits.
* Expect to undertake an apprenticeship alongside the role.
* Right to work in the UK without sponsorship now or in future.
Responsibilities
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of SUEZ operations and competition within the waste management sector through specific work packages across the Processing business.
* Support various projects and initiatives, gaining full exposure of the business.
* Work on personal projects within specific areas of the Processing business.
* Undertake professional and personal development by improving knowledge of the industry.
* Learn and develop managerial skills and techniques.
Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence required; confident driving long distances.
* Currently live or willing to relocate to relevant region for the duration of the scheme.
* Will willing to be away from home for overnight stays.
* Good demonstrable level of education: 3 A‑levels A‑C (or equivalent).
* Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
* Preferably some work experience to underpin academic record.
