* Hold a minimum Level 2 or 3 qualification

What are you going to do?
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in EYFS, your primary responsibility will be to provide tailored support to a child with special educational needs. You will work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement individualised learning plans, ensuring the childs progress is monitored and celebrated. You will create a positive and engaging learning experience for the child, fostering their development across all areas of learning.
