Overview
Join to apply for the Sales Manager role at Malmaison in Henley-on-Thames. The hotel is a former Brewery housed in a Georgian building with 43 bedrooms, Bistro du Vin serving classical French dishes, and a premium drinks selection. The property is undergoing a £4m refurbishment and is due to re-launch in early 2026. This is a role to support the hotel sales strategy in designing, delivering, and monitoring day-to-day sales activities, with an initial focus on driving Christmas bookings and preparing for the re-launch through local outreach; working with the GM and events team to generate interest and excitement for the new phase.
The role is proactive, partnering with the M&E teams to drive Food & Beverage sales, increase Wedding revenue, and support National Accounts to win 24hr business and promote the new Corporate Retreat packages.
