My client is a well-respected and award-winning healthcare group who provide luxury Residential, Nursing and Complex Dementia care in their 9 Care Homes across the West Midlands. This brand-new luxury care home is purpose built and due to open in the next few weeks, it comes with 60 beds and offers state of the art facilities in a beautiful environment. Duties for the Registered Nurse include:
* Deliver the highest standards of care to all residents
* Promote a high level of individualised care
* Ensure that all medication and nursing needs are delivered effectively
* Support the home manager with the running of the home ensuring all statutory and regulatory standards are maintained
* Supervise and support others in the team including the care team
Requirements for the Registered Nurse include:
* RGN qualified with Valid Pin
* Ability to manage a small team
* Experience of working in a care home.
