Responsibilities
* Designing and delivering engaging, individualised lessons to meet varied learning needs
* Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies to support pupils\' development
* Creating a safe, structured, and motivating classroom environment
* Assessing and tracking progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
* SEN teaching experience (preferably in primary settings)
