Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Lowestoft. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of care homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high-quality care services. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing operational efficiency, monitoring budgets, and fostering a safe and supportive environment for both residents and employees. The role also involves strategic planning, identifying areas for improvement, and liaising with families to address any concerns effectively. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively Expertise in operational management, budgeting, and compliance with care standards and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, residents, and their families Experience in strategic planning and identifying opportunities for service improvement Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional care Familiarity with the healthcare or care home industry is preferred Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (preferred) Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to the dynamic needs of the care home environment
