Management Accountant Location: Ross on Wye ideally. Open to working 2 days in Cheltenham office and 3 in Ross office. We are now seeking a Fully Qualified Management Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) who can step into a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone confident in a Management Accountant role. Key Responsibilities Management Accounts & Reporting Full ownership of monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting Lead Month-end close processes, including accruals, prepayments and journals Deliver robust variance analysis against budget and prior periods, with clear commentary Drive budgeting and forecasting processes Produce accurate and insightful reporting for senior management Preparation of end of crop costings Payroll End to end responsibility for monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Processing pension contributions, statutory payments and payroll reconciliations Ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely submission Finance Control & Operations Maintain and reconcile balance sheet control accounts Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures Support year end preparation and liaise with external accountants Process finance lending agreements HP Finance Processing purchase invoices and maintaining accurate supplier records Preparing and executing payment runs Performing bank reconciliations Manage monthly Vat Returns Business Support Work closely with other departments to improve financial understanding Support process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function Ad-hoc analysis and projects as required Skills/Qualifications Solid technical accounting knowledge Fully Qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA Strong, up-to-date Microsoft Excel and IT Skills Thrives in a growing business What Youll Get in Return Competitive salary 31 days' holiday including bank holidays Vitality private medical insurance Company pension scheme Free on-site parking Full training and ongoing professional development Collaborative ethos, working for a company who invest in people If you are a fully qualified Management Accountant ready to step into a role where you can truly add value from day one, we would love to hear from you.
