Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
* Differentiating work to meet the diverse needs of learners.
* Using assessment to track progress and inform future teaching.
* Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* Contributing to the wider life of the school, including assemblies and events.
* Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued.
What you’ll need
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent classroom experience.
* Strong subject knowledge across KS1.
* Excellent behaviour management strategies.
* Creativity, resilience, and enthusiasm for teaching.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
