POSITION OVERVIEW
In this role you'll be primarily focused on driving a compelling organic social strategy and execution, influencer strategy and brand partnerships, delivering engaging content for our key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube). There will be opportunities to work across the broader marketing discipline too, assisting PR, events and more.
This is a multi-faceted role which needs someone with a strong passion for social media, a great networker and someone with a background in food content creation and a highly creative mind.
This is a full-time role based in London, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Strategy & Creation:
* Own the end-to-end content lifecycle, from ideation to production to publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
* Develop monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with brand and business priorities.
* Plan, produce, and edit short-form and long-form content, including reels, recipe videos, product showcases, BTS, and storytelling campaigns.
* Collaborate with videographers, photographers, and influencers to create original, high-performing content.
* Ensure content quality and consistency in visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging.
Social-First Thinking
* Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm shifts, cultural moments, and viral formats to inspire content ideas.
* Develop reactive and real-time content strategies around food, culture, and seasonal moments.
* Manage community engagement and conversation with our followers across platforms.
Performance & Optimisation
* Define and track key content KPIs (eg. engagement, reach, watch-through rate, saves/shares, conversion).
* Analyse performance data and provide weekly and monthly insights and optimisations.
* Run A/B testing on hooks, thumbnails, captions, formats, and publishing times.
Influencer & Brand Partnerships
* Identify and collaborate with content creators, chefs, tastemakers, and influencers aligned with our brand.
* Manage influencer briefing, content reviews, deadlines, and post-campaign reporting.
* Support broader brand partnerships and PR initiatives with creative content input.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
* 3-4+ years experience in a content-led marketing role, ideally within a fast-growing CPG.
* Strong experience in food content creation (or beauty), either directly or via agency/influencer partnerships.
* Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
* Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across channels.
* Hands-on experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Later, Planoly, or SocialPilot.
* Data-driven with strong skills in performance analysis and using insights to optimise content.
* End to end experience managing photoshoots and video productions.
* Comfortable working in a high-paced SME/start-up environment, resilient, solutions-focused, and hands-on.
* A true foodie with a passion for food, culture, and creativity.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent time and project management abilities.
