About The Role
As a Facilities Administrator, you will provide everyday excellence in supporting and assisting schools. Your responsibilities include addressing enquiries, resolving issues, managing customer interactions via phone and email, logging tasks, and ensuring all work is completed within the agreed service level agreement. You will strive to deliver outstanding experiences and leave a lasting positive impact.
* Handle day‑to‑day queries from stakeholders and escalated complex issues as required.
* Manage routine administrative tasks and general business‑as‑usual activities promptly.
* Stay calm in emergencies, reassure callers, create, assign, and update tasks with ETA.
* Collect, organise, and maintain data in line with quality standards; support data assurance processes.
* Prepare and distribute reports and budgets; assist in budget creation and year‑end reconciliation with the finance team.
* Assist in implementing new systems and processes to improve efficiency.
* Support the preparation of materials for annual briefings and other presentations.
* Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
* Provide constructive feedback to colleagues and act on received feedback immediately.
* Participate in training courses required for the role and complete them in a timely manner.
* Engage fully in performance reviews as part of our development commitment.
* Communicate clearly and informatively, edit work for spelling and grammar, and interact effectively with customers, clients, supply‑chain partners and colleagues.
