Purpose of the Position
The purpose of this role is to effectively manage and resolve daily support calls from the business related to infrastructure, GRC, SAP, and QMWARE.
Responsibilities
Summary Of Key Responsibilities Included But Not Limited To
* Assist with day-to-day management of calls for infrastructure helpdesk.
* Assist with day-to-day management of application helpdesk and logging of calls.
* Manage all SAP basis activities between IT and the service provider.
* Create, amend and delete users from SAP.
* Provide training to new users on how to navigate through the system, including training new or existing users on creating job cards, purchase requisitions and reservations.
* Ensure proper governance is followed regarding calls, approved access request etc.
* Coordinate all changes for SAP Modules.
* Log calls for users that are experiencing errors in SAP.
* Trouble shoot purchase requisitions that are experiencing issues.
* Update TNA data in SAP when TNA system fails.
* Support in finding and compiling evidence for audits.
* Assist with compiling or updating SOPs, ICT controls, process flows.
* Prepare reminders for contracts expiring and licensing renewals.
* Administer cell phone contract agreements and handling of mobile data allocation with network provider.
* Conduct monthly checks on general IT controls.
* Complete packaging orders within the deadlines.
* Check and verify product received from internal and external suppliers against SAP, with specific attention to the weight and serial numbers of products and associated boxes.
* Attend CAB Meeting which involves minutes taking, presenting SAP call review and following up on actions from the meeting.
