Key Responsibilities
* Architect and deliver end-to-end features across modern React front ends and Node.js back ends
* Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams in an agile environment
* Champion best practices in code quality, performance, and accessibility
* Mentor peers, lead code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
* Integrate APIs, manage state, and ensure seamless user experiences
* Deploy and maintain cloud-based solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' commercial experience in full-stack development with React as your primary front-end framework
* Deep knowledge of React (hooks, context, performance optimization) and JavaScript/TypeScript
* Strong Node.js back-end skills, including REST API design and authentication
* Proficiency with state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query)
* Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
* Cloud deployment and containerization know-how (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure)
* SQL/NoSQL database experience (Postgres, MongoDB, Redis)
* Excellent communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills
* Bonus: Next.js, GraphQL, Storybook, Figma, accessibility standards, PWA/mobile, AI/ML integration, sports/wellness sector experience
