Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager (MEP)
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (MEP) to join Kier Mechanical & Electrical and lead a project at HMP Elmley in Kent.
This project operates within the custodial sector, and involves close collaboration with the Kier Construction team to oversee MEP delivery.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager (MEP), you will be part of Kier Group's M&E business, which is our self-delivery team working closely with Kier Construction. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing project delivery from initial bid to completion.
* Achieving company objectives post-contract.
* Contributing to pre-contract activities with a focus on customer care and business excellence.
Additional responsibilities involve:
* Identifying and managing project risks with effective mitigation strategies.
* Managing procurement and delivery of subcontractor and supplier packages.
* Ensuring compliance with quality management procedures across the supply chain.
* Overseeing the MEP delivery team, including QA, design, procurement, commercial, installation, commissioning, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Implementing and adhering to Kier's SHE policies, procedures, legal requirements, and best practices.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience managing construction projects over £10m MEP value.
* Strong knowledge and technical understanding of MEP systems.
* Commercial and contractual awareness.
* Leadership skills to drive project progress.
