About The Role
* Reporting to Head of Engineering
* Preventative planned maintenance planning.
* Carry out Root Cause Analysis
* Providing support and guidance to the maintenance teams
* Progressive pathways available for driven candidates
About The Candidate:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a senior engineering position, in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
* Level 3 NVQ / HNC in engineering OR Time Served Engineer
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
* Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
* Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
