About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team at our Ashton office. This is a dynamic role that involves handling a wide range of administrative and compliance tasks to support the smooth running of the business.
You'll play a key part in managing accounts (Xero), payroll, CIS, and supporting our ISO 45001 accreditation and compliance documentation. If you're organised, proactive, and have a positive "can-do" attitude, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We welcome candidates with prior experience in administration or those looking to grow into the role. Training will be provided to develop your skills across all aspects of the job.
Core Responsibilities
* Maintain industry accreditations and ISO 45001 compliance documentation
* Manage client online portals and PQQ submissions
* Process weekly payroll and related tasks
* Maintain CIS records and payments
* Assist with customer invoicing and debt management
* Communicate effectively with employees and clients
* Handle personal and financial data securely
* Create and manage Excel spreadsheets
* Meet weekly and monthly deadlines
* Correspond via email, letter, and telephone
* Perform general office administration
* Support other reasonable business tasks as required
Key Requirements
* Professional and courteous approach
* Experience in general accounts and payroll
* Familiarity with compliance administration and ISO standards
* Strong attention to detail and process adherence
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
