Registered Manager – Residential & Dementia Care
Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £60,000 + up to 10% annual bonus + benefits

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will:

Take overall accountability for quality, compliance, and safety within the home.
*
Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
*
Ensure optimum occupancy and financial performance.
*
Build strong, positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and local stakeholders.
*
Drive innovation and continuous improvement, aiming for an Outstanding rating.
About You
We’re looking for an established leader in the care sector who can demonstrate:
*
At least 5 years’ senior experience in residential, dementia, or nursing care.
*
Proven success in leading teams and achieving strong compliance outcomes.
*
NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete).
*
Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, MCA, DoLS and regulatory frameworks.
*
A collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills.
*
A full UK driving licence.
