Service: Heathside & Heathside Mews, Penketh, Warrington, WA5 2EY
Hours of work: 25 hours a week
Salary: £13.33 per hour
About Heathside
We support older people and people with dementia in our residential homes. Heathside is our 37-bedroom residential home with a cosy and homely fee. You can read more about each home on our website.
One thing they have in common, though, is the high level of care provided. Our approach is entirely built around the people we support, and we don\'t believe in one-size-fits-all. Everyone we support is different, so we take the time to get to know them and create a bespoke support plan and personalise everything - even down to how they like their morning routine.
You will work as part of a team to ensure the needs of the residents are met during the course of the shift.

Job Summary
To take responsibility, under the Service Manager to meet the needs of the People we Support promoting an environment, which provides the People we Support with specialised personal care achieved through a process of individual consultation, whilst ensuring own capabilities are maintained through development and learning.

* Shifts available across a range of services; made available through our online rota system. This could be same day shifts or in the future. Book shifts that fit with your availability, days, nights, weekdays, weeknights, weekends. A range of shifts available, from 3 hour shifts up to 12 hours and sleep in shifts

What are we looking for
* Team Leader experience
* 2 years experience working in care
* A level 2 qualification or significant experience
* An effective leader that can demonstrate the values of the organisation at all times
* Ability to lead a shift and supervise other colleagues
* Someone who is flexible and adaptable
