Job Description
3. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness, loyalty and growth across both digital channels and restaurant portfolio
4. Lead and manage partnerships strategy to enhance brand visibility.
5. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, partnerships
6. Use data insights to track campaign performance and optimise strategies
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging, including operations, store teams and culinary
8. Drive engagement and loyalty through innovative marketing approaches.
The Successful Applicant
9. Demonstrable marketing experience, ideally in the F&B, hospitality or consumer lifestyle space - with experience gained both in an established environment and in a scale up space
10. Strong expertise in managing marketing campaigns and agency relationships.
11. Track record of building and scaling brands - both strategic and hands-on delivery
12. Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and align teams.
13. Very data - driven - analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
14. A deep understanding of market trends and consumer behaviours in the F&B / FMCG space
