Job Description
* Support the implementation of talent review and succession planning processes
* Manage individual development plans (IDPs) and track progress
* Conduct data analysis and reporting using Excel (pivot tables, data validation, etc.)
* Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on psychometric assessments and development tools
* Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and contribute to continuous process improvement
The Successful Applicant
* UAE National with Family Book
* Minimum 6 years in talent management, succession planning, or career development
* Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualisation; familiarity with psychometric tools and assessment centers
* Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; professional HR certification preferred
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
