We are looking for a volunteer to assist with first line IT support for all staff and volunteers in Isabel Hospice.
Responsibilities
* To receive, acknowledge and action IT support requests, resolving where possible and referring appropriately more complex cases.
* To ensure access to IT systems is effectively controlled.
* To support induction of users to ensure effective use of IT, telephones and other kit.
* To undertake any other duties which reasonably fall within the scope of the role.
Qualifications
* Excellent IT capability, positive attitude to IT and enthusiasm to improve IT skills.
* Fully skilled in all MS office applications.
* Strong Communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Empathy with Hospice ethos.
