* Chartered Member or working towards chartered membership of a professional institution such as CIWEM, ICE, APM, etc.
* Technical experience in UK drainage standards including SuDS
* Experience developing and assessing drainage designs using industry-standard drainage modelling software (MicroDrainage or Causeway Flow) and technically competent in fundamental hydraulic design principles
* Efficient use of AutoCAD and Civil3D
* A successful track record in project and construction management, working with design teams to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects
* Experience working in diverse multi-disciplinary teams to produce deliverables to a high standard
* Experience working in client-facing environments with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes
* Developing and building mutually beneficial external stakeholder relationships
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A full UK driving licence
* Chartered Membership of a relevant professional organisation
