What we can offer you
If we look beyond the fact that you would get to work with some of the greatest minds in our industry and extraordinary people from all over the world, here’s what you can expect as a Subcontract Specialist at Ocean Installer:
* Responsible for the tendering process towards our subcontractors: working with the tender team to clarify needs, construct and issue ITT documents, conduct clarification rounds, negotiate with suppliers, and set final contracts.
* Managing subcontracts on a project level; ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and implementing necessary changes or amendments.
* Commercial management of subcontractors; monitoring and following up on commercial and contractual issues as required by the contracts.
* Change management of contracts.
* Assisting Project Managers and other project personnel regarding contractual and commercial issues.
* Liaising with other functions to improve Ocean Installer's position. Contributing to contractual and commercial reviews, discussions, negotiations, and decisions in tenders.
* Monitoring transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing, etc.).
* Ensuring contract close-out, extension, or renewal, and experience transfer to future contracts.
* Participating in securing and developing long-term Frame Agreements when required.
