We are looking to recruit a Team Manager in the Family Support & Safeguarding Team within Barking & Dagenham. The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels.

The responsibilities of the Team Manager includes:
Manage the delivery of social work services to children and their families in accordance with statutory requirements.
Ensure delivery of these services are managed within budget and in line with quality standards.
Ensure that children and families referred to the service receive appropriate services relevant to their needs.
To ensure the quality and standards of professional practice and performance are achieved in each team.
To ideal candidate will have:
Social Work England registration
Eligibility to work in the UK
Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DPSW/CQSW/MSc/BA)
