Your Role
Being a Pharmacist at Asda involves dispensing medications, delivering NHS and private services, managing a team, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires working in a fast‑paced environment with varied opening hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Key responsibilities include:
* Disposing prescriptions and other medications accurately and safely.
* Providing clinical advice and health assessments to customers.
* Managing pharmacy staff and ensuring high standards of service.
* Delivering frontline NHS services such as urgent care.
* Maintaining safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
* Collaborating with regional and home‑office teams for continuous support and professional development.

About You
* Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
* Accredited to deliver national and local NHS services and private healthcare services.
* Excellent customer and patient care skills.
* Strong leadership experience in a fast‑paced pharmacy setting.
* Ability to communicate empathetically and work as part of a team.
* Drive and ambition to meet business targets.
