Nursery PractitionersYour new companyHays is one of the market-leading agencies in the Early Years sector in currently actively recruiting for Nursery Practitioners to assist with a rising demand for supply staff.Your new role As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will be an integral part of our early years team, supporting children in their daily activities. You'll help create a warm, engaging, and safe space where curiosity and creativity flourish.Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in planning and delivering fun, educational activities
* Supporting children's social and emotional development
* Helping with snack times, outdoor play, and personal care routines
* Collaborating with teachers to provide a high standard of care
* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
About You: We are looking for someone who is:
* Passionate about working with young children
* Patient, kind, and enthusiastic
* A great team player with excellent communication skills
* Understanding of child development and learning through play
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years
