I'm working with a highly regarded, independent construction consultancy in Suffolk seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor .
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading cost management on complex new build hospitals, educational institutions, commercial developments, and sports facilities
* Managing cost plans, procurement strategies, and contract administration across diverse sectors
* Developing key client relationships with NHS trusts, local authorities, developers, and leisure operators
Essential Requirements:
* Professional qualification or actively working towards
* Minimum 5 years' UK experience, preferably in healthcare, education, commercial, or sports sectors
* Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
