A specialist HVAC and FM business, is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their team covering the Central belt including Glasgow, Ayrshire and Edinburgh on a full time permanent basis.

As the Electrician, youll take ownership of a portfolio of sites across the Central belt, becoming the go-to engineer responsible for their upkeep. Youll maintain, service, and repair electrical systems and associated plant and equipment, as well as carry out a variety of facilities maintenance tasks across commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities :
Youll be allocated several key sites to maintain, giving you autonomy and control of your workload
Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on electrical systems and building services
Complete small projects and upgrades, including lighting, power, and system improvements.
Undertake tasks such as changing belts and filters, AHU maintenance, water temperature checks, and emergency lighting testing
Participate in the companys on-call rota to provide customers with full out-of-hours cover.

Essential requirements:
Served recognised apprenticeship
Hold formal electrical qualification i.e. 17th/18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
Highly skilled in all aspects of electrical maintenance & repair works
Happy to undertake facilities maintenance tasks including AHUs, emergency lighting, fire alarm testing etc
Good problem-solving skill
Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care combined with excellent communication skills
Full UK Drivers Licence
Willing to contribute to working overtime
Undergo relevant Disclosure/CRB checks
