About the Position
As a key member of the Senior Management team, the CFO reports to the CEO and manages all financial activities of the hospital, including accounting, finance, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities include:
* Act as financial advisor to hospital leadership, managing financial risks and opportunities.
* Provide strategic leadership to achieve hospital goals.
* Optimize resource utilization and review delivery models.
* Lead productivity and workforce management.
* Develop business cases for major projects and align with consultants.
* Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and regulatory standards.
* Implement robust financial management systems.
* Manage staffing budgets and protocols.
* Develop policies for international patient packages.
* Lead annual business planning and operational reviews.
Skills and Experience
* Degree and Masters or equivalent experience.
* Full qualification with CCAB or CIMA.
* Experience in budgeting, manpower, and financial management.
* Strong influencing, negotiation, and strategic skills.
* Proven leadership in high-performing teams.
