As a Commercial Property Partner in their Manchester office, you’ll play a key role in leading client relationships, driving growth and advising on major transactions within a market-leading team.
The Role
* Leading on high-value commercial property transactions
* Advising on acquisitions, disposals and large-scale portfolio management
* Acting for major corporate occupiers, investors and developers
* Handling complex landlord & tenant and asset management work
* Supporting development and investment projects
* Driving business development and strengthening key client relationships
* Collaborating with corporate, banking and construction teams
* Playing a strategic role in the growth of the Manchester office
The Candidate
* Established Partner or Senior Solicitor ready for Partnership
* Strong background in commercial property / real estate
* Experience gained within a leading regional, national or international firm
* Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
* Strong technical expertise across complex transactions
* Commercially driven with a strategic mindset
* Excellent leadership and mentoring capability
* Portable following advantageous but not essential
