Female Night Support Worker – Bulls Cross, Near Stroud, GL6 7HU
Pay rate: £14.27 per hour (includes night and weekend enhancements)
Hours: 11.5 per week; Shifts: 20:30 – 8:00 am every Sunday

Responsibilities
* Teach life‑skills and support independence in daily living
* Assist with personal care and promote personal dignity
* Encourage participation in local community activities and social interactions
* Organise and facilitate a range of activities (e.g., outings, games, movies)
* Apply Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice in caring practices
Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence
* Resilient, flexible and composed approach to care
* Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
* Experience caring for individuals requiring enhanced support, including distress behaviours, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, and trauma
