The role – Bartender We are looking for the warmest, most hospitable team out there. You will be part of the heart of the operation where guests relax and unwind. You will deliver and enhance the very best pub and dining experience through warm service and genuine hospitality. Essential Experience – Bartender What we look for: We are looking for great bartenders, with personality and a genuine passion for hospitality · Have a friendly, warm yet professional personality. · A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar environment · Assist in ensuring the bar is running to an extremely high standard. · Be a strong team player. · Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter throughout the team. · Good cocktail knowledge, although not essential · You should have experience of working in a bar environment. · We are looking for individuals that have an exceptional eye for detail, that have a thirst for knowledge and a passion for our industry. · Greet customer as they enter premises and see them to a table, ensure any special requirements are actioned. · Take customers drink and food orders accurately The Package –Bartender– dependant on experience Working with an amazing team A fantastic salary, for the right people Big focus on training and development.
