Senior Property Sales Advisor
Location: Richmond, Wood Norton, Evesham, WR11 4TY
Salary: £33,000 per annum & OTE/commission
Type: Permanent, Full Time – 9:00‑17:00 Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work
Key Responsibilities
* Manage sales enquiries to maximise occupancy of the care home, assisted living and independent living, as well as Richmond Retreat bookings.
* Attend sales meetings with the Sales and Marketing team or the Village Manager.
* Host client visits, follow‑up calls, and identify key referral groups.
* Support the development of the marketing strategy to support the sales function.
* Develop and maintain a high profile within the local community to promote the Village.
* Maximise profit performance of Village sales to meet or exceed targets.
* Deal with all relevant admin, such as effective budgetary controls and preparation of sales management reports.
* Provide courteous and respectful service to residents and relatives at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience in property or residential care sales is an advantage.
* Capability to reach and exceed sales targets.
* Ability to conduct and manage client visits and referrals.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Completion of a DBS check is required; Bupa will cover the cost (£40).
* The candidate must be competent with standard office software and able to utilise an online portal for training and resources.
