Working with tier one main contractors such a Overbury, BW and Structuretone, they operate in fast track commercial fit out, focusing on drylining and ceilings. They are a family run business, with a low turnover of staff. The role for Senior Estimator is due to a significant increase in tender values and volume from existing clients. Being a family run company, they have an open door policy and team spirited atmosphere. Trust is at the core of everything they do, and once you are in, you will be very well looked after. It is not uncommon for them give you Christmas as additional holiday on top of their 25 days, plus unexpected bonuses when you have done a good for the company.
