Purpose
To work with clients to provide a world‑class range of investment solutions and products across all asset classes, wealth structuring, lending and banking services.
Accountabilities
Provision of SME expertise on specific products and services to customers and colleagues, including features, functionalities, benefits, limitations, risks and compliance.
Identification of market trends, new features, regulatory requirements and potential risks, and analysis of data obtained from sales figures and customer feedback to support the product development process and communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders.
Response to customer inquiries, resolution of issues and provision of guidance on product usage.
Presentation of the advantages and features of the product to potential customers, building trust and encouraging adoption.
Assistance with the development and execution of marketing materials for the product, such as brochures, presentations and online content.
Participation in training sessions and workshops to share product knowledge and expertise with colleagues and other stakeholders.
Participation in events, conferences and other networking opportunities to showcase the product and generate interest.

To contribute or set strategy, drive requirements and make recommendations for change.
Plan resources, budgets and policies; manage and maintain policies/processes; deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies or procedures.
Define jobs and responsibilities, plan for the department’s future needs and operations, counsel employees on performance and contribute to employee pay decisions/changes, and lead specialists to influence departmental operations while balancing short and long term goals and ensuring budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.

Role Overview – Wealth Planner
As a Wealth Planner you will be a key member of a group delivering bespoke financial planning solutions to high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients across the UK. Working closely with Private Bankers and Wealth Managers, you will provide bespoke financial advice on pensions, off‑shore bonds, protection and tax‑efficient investments to help clients achieve their wealth structuring needs.
In this role you will help foster long‑term client relationships and offer highly technical, regulated advice to meet clients’ financial goals, thereby playing a key part in our aspiration to be the investment partner of choice for our clients and their families.
All advice must comply with UK standards and navigate the complexities of the UK regulatory framework.
Responsibilities
* Deliver bespoke financial advice on pensions, off‑shore bonds, protection and tax‑efficient investments.
* Foster long‑term client relationships and provide tailored solutions.
* Navigate and interpret regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

Qualifications
* RDR Level 6 Financial Planning qualification.
* Previous financial planning experience within a regulated environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
* Remarkable relationship management skills for maintaining long‑term engagement.
* Ability to interpret and communicate multi‑layered regulatory requirements effectively.
* Sound commercial judgement and a solid understanding of the Financial Services Industry, especially the business impact of regulation.
Desired Skills
* Attention to detail when reviewing financial documents and client portfolios.
* Experience working within a large organisation and cross‑functional collaboration.
* Problem‑solving abilities to assess client needs and develop strategic plans.
* Digital literacy, including familiarity with financial planning software, CRM systems and data security protocols.
