Your Role & Responsibilities
As a reception teacher, you will:
• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework
• Foster a welcoming, stimulating classroom where curiosity and independence are championed
• Work closely with teaching assistants, SEN specialists, and parents to support every child's learning journey
• Track progress and adapt your approach to ensure every pupil achieves their full potential
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and collaborative planning
Ideal Candidate
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience in EYFS or early primary settings
• Demonstrates strong communication, creativity, and classroom management skills
• Brings energy, warmth, and a love of early childhood education
