A part-time bookeeper/admin person with the following duties
* Management of Sage software: adding purchase invoices to the system, setting up payment sheet, adding sales invoices and managing monthly statements to trade customers, running quarterly VAT report, liaising with our accountant
* Office admin: filing, managing supplies, maintaining business-related documentation (insurance, hygiene certification, vehicle MOT), managing trade product lists, managing vouchers
* Marketing & Social media accounts: maintaining image library, creating regular posts & stories, creating content & copy
Experience of Sage or similar accounting software is preferable.
Would suit someone who wants to work flexibly or needs to work school hours. Hours can be flexible; core hours would be up to 4 hours on either a Wednesday or Thursday plus up to 4 hours every Friday.
We are a very small team: you will be working in our office near our purpose-built unit on the farm where the rest of the team work.
