Job Objectives and Responsibilities
* Operational contract compliance in line with SLAs, KPIs, and POD Priorities.
* Maintain internal and external relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure best practice.
* Ensure compliance of all Planned Preventative and Reactive service deliverables.
* Onboard new employees and suppliers in collaboration with Account Director.
* Support service delivery and operational-wide work allocations to engineering resources.
Main Duties
* Process work requests through the Port of Dover CAFM system (Oracle).
* Manage and administer quotes and estimates, raise POs, and resolve invoice queries.
* Utilise Coupa financial system platform.
* Act as liaison between Port of Dover operational functions and supply partners for booking work.
* Collaborate with engineering supervisory team to target labour loading.
* Help manage backlog of works through to completion.
Person Specification
* Previous relevant experience in FM or Maintenance or both.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent PC skills and experience with CAFM systems and financial platforms is desirable.
* Highly motivated, proactive and committed.
* Approachable and engaging at all levels.
* Experience working in a fast‑paced team environment.
