We are seeking a dynamic and motivated property professional to join our team as a branch manager/valuer. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales/lettings growth, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively communicating our product offerings. You will have experience within a similar role in the residential sales or lettings sector and an ability to manage an estate agency branch under a national network. The ideal candidate will already be working in a real estate environment and will be keen to progress their career forward. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and people management skills, enabling them to manage their time efficiently while meeting sales/lettings targets.
Duties
* You will have a proven track record in Estate Agency, achieving targets and deadlines and being proactive in meeting the set targets. Already possessing the listing experience, and people management experience.
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Identify potential sales opportunities through market research and networking.
* Present products and services to clients in a compelling manner, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.
* Maintain accurate records of sales and lettings activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
* Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials that effectively communicate product benefits.
* Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential customers.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Ensuring branch compliance in accordance with legislation and industry approved bodies.
* Ensure the staff meets the set performance targets at all times.
* Conduct one-to-one reviews and appraisals according to company standards.
* Providing in-branch training and coaching as required by staff.
Skills
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for building rapport with clients.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Proficient in administrative tasks such as maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new products and market trends.
* Customer driven with a drive for results and Continue improving People Management experience.
* Full UK driving licence required.
