From Shared spaces such as Bar and Library to a wellness suite, 68 beautiful Ensuite rooms and open spaces with private terraces and balconies you’ll ensure every detail reflects the Wrightcare Values:

As a Commissioning Home Manager, you will:
Lead the full commissioning process of a brand-new care home.
Recruit, mentor, and inspire a dedicated care team.
Oversee operations, including budgets, occupancy, and compliance.
Establish and nurture a strong, person-centred culture from day one.

The ideal Commissioning Home Manager will have:
Experience as a Registered Home Manager
Proven leadership within a care home environment.
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and a track record of compliance and excellence.
Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
Previous experience commissioning or opening a new service (ideal, but not essential).
