Job Description
Kanadevia Inova is recruiting a Project Cost Controller to support one of our construction projects in North London. The role combines work from our Farnborough office with presence on site and plays a key part in ensuring effective financial control and project performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as Project and Site Controller, supporting financial performance and reporting
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial close processes
* Ensure compliance with IFRS-based finance frameworks and internal controls
* Monitor project costs, risks, opportunities, and financial performance
* Work closely with project stakeholders and represent Finance on site

Qualifications
Requirements
* Degree in Accounting or Finance with 10+ years' relevant experience
* Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial controlling practices
* Experience in construction, energy, or manufacturing industries
* Strong analytical skills with structured and results-driven approach
* Experience working with international teams and multiple stakeholders
Technical Skills
* Experience in project controlling, reporting, or accounting
* Strong understanding of project execution and financial reporting
* Advanced MS Excel and good MS Office knowledge
* Experience setting up financial tools and processes
* Fluent English (Tagetik or Power BI knowledge is an advantage)
